The earth-shattering discovery is a potentially massive breakthrough in what has become one of the world’s greatest aviation mystery of all time.

MH370 took off from Malaysia’s capital Kuala Lumpur and was heading to China’s capital Beijing with 239 people on board.

But at 12.14am on March 8, 2014, the plane lost contact close to Phuket island in the Strait of Malacca.

Despite two large-scale searches of the sea bed, only scattered pieces of debris have been found.

The lack of more debris has meant several theories have emerged over what could have happened to the jet.

A MH370 truth-seeker has sensationally claimed he has found the cockpit from the missing jet.

By Charlotte Ikonen00.10, 12 Oct 2018 UPDATED 00.10, 12 Oct 2018

The worldwide hunt to find MH370 intensified a month ago when Daily Star Online exclusively revealed a plane believed to be the Boeing 777 had been spotted on Google Maps in the Cambodian jungle.

That discovery triggered an even greater twist last week after a second plane was found just 10 miles away.

And now, aspiring pilot Daniel Boyer believes the second sighting northwest of Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh clearly shows the nose of the Malaysia Airlines jet.

And amazingly, the measurements add up.

In photos shown to Daily Star Online, several white objects are seen lying in the jungle.
